March is the month that welcomes the spring season. We excitedly fill in our March Madness Basketball Brackets. We spring clocks ahead and spring into action by deep cleaning our homes. Basketball, chores and time change is what we have become accustomed to in March but we shouldn’t stop there; we should also consider cleaning up the things within our heart, mind and behavior that are not uplifting or encouraging towards others. A clean home is a lovely thing but a clean heart is much better. Therefore, ask yourself these questions…Is there someone I need to forgive but pride and ego interferes with me doing so? Did I offend someone with hurtful words I wish to retract but the thought of a rejected apology causes me to avoid doing so? Does the embarrassment of my poor behavior cause me to retreat and avoid accountability?
If you answered yes to any of these questions and you have a desire to improve & repair, be encouraged and allow the month of March to help you spring into action and repair any wrongs. This is a new season and making a decision to no longer carry things that hold you down instead of spring or build you up will be a great benefit to others, as well as yourself. Each of us are works of progress and just as a caterpillar leaves its chrysalis stage and transforms into a beautiful butterfly and the flowers blossom during springtime; we too can transform and blossom into better versions of ourselves. There is no better time than the month of March to restore, repair and rejuvenate areas in your life that will causes you to spring upward.
Until the Next Blog,
Blessings & Love!
